HOW IS SHIPPING FREE??

We believe in a simple and effective experience, and adding free shipping to as many products as possible is one of the main benefits we provide. Our arrangement with UPS and USPS allows us to incorporate low-cost shipping for all 48 states in the continental U.S.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

At this point, we charge a small flat fee to items going to Hawaii and Alaska. We plan to remove that fee soon.

GENERAL SHIPPING

  • Most of our items ship via UPS ground. If you need items shipped to a PO BOX, we’ll reach out to you before processing your order to work out the details. Often, we have to add a surcharge for shipping to PO BOXES.
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • Some items may ship separately.
  • Right now, we’re unable to ship items internationally. We apologize to our international Ninjas, and feel free to contact us should you wish to express your feelings.

WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?

  • In-stock orders normally ship within 2-3 business days.

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent to your email once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping Terms

  1. We usually ship items within 24 hours(except weekends and holidays)
  2. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please make sure that your address is correct before we ship your package out.
  3. The phone number sometimes will be important when your package is held by your Customs office or be put on your local post office. They may need your phone number to call you to pick it up.
  4. Customers from Brazil, Russia, Italy, South America, Sri Lanka, and Maldives sometimes will receive your items after 30 days or more. Please be patient.
  5. International buyers please are advised that customs in your country may charge duties or other fees. We are not responsible for any customs duties (tariff).
  6. Before you open a case about not receiving your package, please firstly try to get its shipping status.
  7. ATTENTION!! Any overseas shipments can be delayed due to seasonal local holidays, custom procedures/back-log or any other unpredictable shipping delays that can occur over long distances. If you need urgently, please contact us for Expedited shipment
